On March 14 and 23, 2010 two court hearings in the case of antifascists Alexei Gaskarov and Maxim Solopov who were accused of organizing attack on the Khimki City Administration, took place at the Khimki City Court.

Accusation against Alexei and Maxim is absurd and based on false evidence of three alleged eyewitnesses identifying them as persons participated in the riots. However, during the investigation Alexei Gaskarov, Institute of Collective Action correspondent, passed a polygraph test which showed that he didn’t lie and participated in the riots. Aujourd’hui, dimanche 14 novembre, malgré l’hostilité et l’agressivité de la sécurité du plus grand et du plus célèbre musée de Paris, nous avons ajouté symboliquement une œuvre à l’exposition que le Louvre propose dans le cadre de l’année croisée France-Russie. Nous sommes intervenus au Louvre pour manifester notre solidarité à Alexeï Gaskarov et Maxim Solopov, deux militants antifascistes qui ont été emprisonnés pour leur seul engagement politique, et pour montrer notre soutien aux citoyens et aux journalistes russes qui s’opposent à leur gouvernement.

Nous avons déployé un tableau intitulé La Bataille de Khimki, où figurait la foule des opposants massée devant la mairie de Khimki, elle-même ceinte de l’autoroute que révélait peu à peu un bulldozer, marqué du logo de Vinci et conduit par Vladimir Poutine.Read more...

Last week, the Khimki hostages, Maxim Solopov and Alexei Gaskarov, were released from police custody on their own recognizance by the Khimki municipal court.

The fact that we secured their release is important, but it is still not a complete victory. We must redouble our efforts and continue our campaign because:

* The criminal case against Alexei and Maxim has not been closed. If they are tried and convicted, they could face up to seven years in prison.

* Prosecutors have now formally charged Alexei and Maxim (with disorderly conduct) and are demanding that the activists be returned to jail pending trial.Read more...

In der vergangenen Woche wurden die beiden Geiseln von Chimki, Maxim Solopow und Aleksej Gaskarow, aus freigelassen.

Dass wir gemeinsam ihre Freilassung aus der Untersuchungshaft erreicht haben, ist ein wichtiger Erfolg, doch wie wir nun verstehen, ist das noch kein Sieg. Wir müssen auch weiter alle Kräfte einsetzen, um die Kampagne fortzuführen, weil…

- das Verfahren gegen Aleksej Gaskarow und Maxim Solopow nicht eingestellt wurde und ihnen nach einem Gerichtsurteil erneut Haft droht (bis zu sieben Jahre);

La última semana fueron liberados los rehenes de Jimki – Maxim Solopov y Alexey Gaskarov.

1) el caso de delincuecia contra Alexey y Maxim no está cerrado y les amenaza un nuevo encarcelamiento y, en fin, una sentencia acusatoria de 7 años;
