Greetings, comrades! It's a great honor for me to speak in front of you today. I understand that weather is not very nice outside today so i won't give a long speech. I just want to point out a few short abstracts. Demands of fair elections is a first step but very important one. We don't need to build a system that is about voting for some candidates every 4 years. We need to try to put in practice social movements slogans that we heard through russia for last 5 years. This slogan is a very simple one: Put Authority under civilian control I think right now we have everything needed to make this slogan a reality. Everyone who came here today, to this protest, could affect every decision being made. We need to build a democratic system, and try not to degrade to 90s, not get back to the type of system western europe have right now, system that is in crisis right now, where hundreds of thousands people are going out on the streets/squares to demand a real democracy.

The very same thing is happening on Wall Street right now. All of you heard about it probably. And i call on all of you to take an active part in everything that is going on around you right now. Create the real civil society, create institutions that will give voice to general public. People that will make decisions in the future. I've spent 3 months in jail on Khimki administration assault conviction, now when i went through russian penitentiary system, i wholeheartedly support demands of freedom for all political prisoners. If authorities going to keep ignoring people's voice they're going to get Khimki administration thing all over Russia, which all of us want to avoid of course. Another important thesis is: Despite the fact that all of us know how our democratic future looks like, we need to realize those principals inside of us, we shouldn't allow people who are against democracy get power through democratic procedures. I'm talking about this "Russian" Hamas that make provocations here (Aleksey speaks about ultra-right nationalists who were shouting and were trying to get onto the stage during the whole rally). Thank you very much!
